Plainclothes San Francisco Police Officers were making a difficult warrant service arrest on a male suspect. A second male, Ryant Bluford-- who was not at all involved in what was happening-- confronted the Officers demanded that the police stop the arrest. He refused to comply and deadly force was used by officers.
