Before leaving Crestone, DJ Stephanie Powers decided to turn the tables on You Yourself and Why and host a tarot card reading for me on love and romance. This is a vulnerable topic I rarely share on the show, so it was scarily rewarding to "go there."

Learning more about yourself than you ever thought possible and finding out why it matters to know yourself. Opening up and sharing is where it all begins. Self-help is one thing, but knowing who you truly are and why this “you” needs to live out loud is what I am all about.
