Dr. Benjamin Goldstein is an Assistant Professor of Bioresource Engineering at McGill University in Canada. His work focuses on tracking the supply chains of corporations. Specifically, he's developed a new methodology to analyse the sustainability of corporations, working on case studies like linking factory farmed cattle to Costco's beef.
