In these two chapters Luke describes the sayings and actions of Jesus as he starts on his last journey to Jerusalem . Opposition to him mounts up and he speaks out against the leaders of the Jews who are unable to foresee the disaster awaiting the nation.

در این دو فصل لوقا گفته های عیسی را در سفر آخرش به اورشلیم شرح می‌دهد. عیسی بر ضد رهبران یهود هشدار می‌دهد و مخالفت شدیدی شروع می‌شود. در ضمن در باره دعا کردن و مادیات درس‌های مهمی به شاگردانش می‌دهد .
