In this week's episode, I dive deep into understanding your relationship with exercise. I have generally always been an active person. When I was recovering from my eating disorder and hypothalamic amenorrhea it was a struggle for me to determine if my relationship with exercise was healthy.

I really had to ask myself why I was exercising and what my intention was when it came to exercise.
