Hello, dear people! Today we are going to talk about the art of talking to ourselves because in order to create a healthier relationship with ourselves, we need to talk more and listen less to our brain. Although our brain believes that it has our best interest at heart, it often feeds us faulty and self defeating messages. What makes it even more interesting is that we humans tend to passively listen to what our brain tells us to think and then we believe whatever we think. I think it's just good to know that our brain isn't always right.
Let's be more proactive in our conversation with our brain by leaning in, turning toward, examining, questioning, and talking back to it instead of being passive recipients of what it tells us to think and what to do. Come join us on the inside! x
