Greta Pagel, is the Fragrance Director for fragrance brand Good Chemistry (and it's parent company, Illume). Greta creates all of the fragrances you smell from these companies. Not only does a lot of love and creativity go into making these fragrances, but science, performance numbers, sales, and trends dictate what ends up making it to shelves. Not to mention, Greta helps develop the marketing stories that come along with each fragrance she creates.
