Sarah Chen is the cofounder of Lean In Malaysia and venture investor.  She invests in and nurtures innovative technologies via an innovation and ventures arm in one of Asia’s largest multinational conglomerates.  As the co-Founder of Lean In Malaysia, she has created the #leanin movement in Asia which a platform to educate, enable and empower women to harness their full potential.  Sarah is also a media personality (professional moderator and presenter) particularly focused in the sphere of Women and Business.
