A re-recording of sorts of the first Rhythmic Addiction event held at Bricks in Brixton. Guest deejays myself, Braaks, Stu Clarke (Wolf Music) and the headliner Frits Wentik, The live didn't record on the night. So I pulled the tunes and mixed up from memory. In one hit. Strictly vinyl. With all the scars kept in for flavour. A wicked night all round. Many thanks to Braaks for inviting me down to get the party started.

For the first mix I dive into the modern sound of Detroit. Based around the Hip-Hop, and House vibe. I travel from the J-Dilla inspired lushness of Miguel Attwood Ferguson to the Deep Techno of Omar S.

Come with me as I visit the four corners. This list is by no means exhaustive and it was incredibly hard to not do a 10hr set. I've chosen some oldies, lot's of goldies and take you on a nice meander through the vibe.
