Molly Brown and Matt Hamilton take us home on a Phish Friday while Jim Rutledge is away camping with the family. In honor of Jim's absence, Molly and Matt say no to any Bears conversation and ask the fans what is their ideal Wisconsin summer weekend. Molly and Matt are then joined by standup comedian and former UW-Whitewater basketball player, Kevin Bozeman, while he's in town performing at Comedy on State. Kevin talks about his start in comedy working at the open mics around Madison and he explains why he's disappointed in his 6'7" and 6'5" sons for denying the basketball careers that he always dreamt they'd have. Kevin also helps Molly through her own conundrum for paying a rookie babysitter. Matt asks Kevin - a Bears fan from Downers Grove, IL - what he thinks about Jordan Love's extension limbo, and Kevin brags about his confidence in Bears QB savior Caleb Williams. Kevin also shares his favorite gambling/investment strategy of fading his hometown team, the Chicago White Sox. Molly, Matt and Primetime wrap up Hour 1 by talking about some of the more unathletic moments for their family members and the most embarrassing backyard sports injuries.
