Today was my first day back in school after the break, and I have to say it started on a calm note. I checked my timetable this morning and saw that I only had one lecture for the whole day, scheduled for 2 PM. That meant I had the morning and early afternoon completely free to settle in, catch up with friends, and get myself ready for the semester.

When it was time for the lecture, we had a small clash on the timetable. It turned out that two different lectures were fixed for the same time slot. Because of that, the lecturers had to sit down and figure out how to share the time so that students wouldn’t miss out on either class. After a short discussion, they worked it out, and we were able to have our class without any major problem. The lecture itself went fine, and the lecturer explained things clearly.

Once the class was over, that was the end of my school activities for the day. There were no other lectures, no group meetings, and no assignments to rush for. I just packed up and left the hall feeling relaxed.

Honestly, it felt good to have such a light start to the semester. It gave me time to breathe and not feel overwhelmed right from day one. I’m hoping the rest of the week will be this smooth, but even if it gets busy later, at least today was a good way to ease back into school life.

I’ll take this chance to rest well tonight and be ready for whatever comes next. Small beginnings like this help a lot in building momentum for the whole semester.
