HELLO SPARKLE FRIDAY! Today is a very special day as we are borrowing some inspiration from a woman we admire @awomancalledgeorge and inviting you to join the party! Without giving too much away from the episode, let’s start by asking yourself these few questions….
- What does it look like when I truly show up for myself?
- How does it make me feel?
Now ask yourself this….“When I’m around other people…”
- In what ways do I make myself “less than”?
- Do I dumb myself down?
- Do I make myself quiet?
- Why do I feel the need to do so?
