Imagine your fitness journey as if you are learning how to ride a bike for the first time. Most of us start off with training wheels, learning the fundamentals of pedaling, steering, and breaking. Once we have those things down, we take the training wheels off and the true test begins.

Since we have less things to worry about, our main focus can be on balancing the bike without the support of training wheels.
