Andrew Bonello is the President of ReLeaf Malta and, since 2019, worked tirelessly to represent the voice of cannabis consumers in Malta by promoting a more just, humane and non-criminal approach. Andrew has been actively meeting various local actors and international experts to discuss issues related to cannabis, human rights and public health. In the year 2021, he looks forward to the introduction of a decriminalised system, one which includes the right to self-cultivate cannabis, the expungement of criminal records and the introduction of a social equity program.
