Beauty from Within is my personal story about a time when I was headed down the path of an eating disorder. In dealing with grief and loss, I found solace in fitness, and attempted to regain control of my world through excessive dieting. This is the story of my journey, and my appreciation for an amazing family doctor who helped me regain a healthy focus.
