Daughters of immigrants are no stranger to advocacy. Growing up, we were often the translator and the go-between helping our parents adjust to a new culture. Today's guest, my client Rosa Revuelta, jumped into the non-profit world of advocacy because it came so naturally after her upbringing.

But when her son was born, she knew it was time to re-evaluate her work/life balance. Being present with her son was top of mind when she came to me for one on one coaching. Now, Rosa is a Life and Leadership coach for 1st & 2nd generation BIPOC leaders and she is booked out with a 2 month waitlist, and is on track for a six figure year despite being a newer entrepreneur.
