Erin Shearer was previously a school principal before transitioning into the training and development space. She now serves as the executive training and development leader for Refine Labs. Something that she is passionate about is that organizations need to be crystal clear on roles and responsibilities. She's convinced that most issues in an organization can be tied to a lack of clarity around roles and responsibilities.
