Sometimes having a to-do list can be overwhelming. Especially when you get so caught up in trying to complete things, you end up with an unchecked to-do list. Let's shift our focus change your to-do list to a done list. It helps you see how much you complete during the day versus what you didn't get done. Give yourself more credit than you have been; small wins help keep us going! You got this!
