The 5 c’s of leadership

1. Courage- That ability to speak up for whats right, realistic and achievable

2. ⁠Commensense- 6 W’s ( what, why, when, where, who, which)and 1 H ( how). Major problems can be solved by this framework.

3. ⁠ Compassion- Have a big heart⁠

4. Conviction/Confidence- One should be in command and knows the way

5. ⁠Continuity- Be at it and have patience to stride through
