As we get older it's normal for things to not look right, or not feel right. We look in the mirror and almost don't recognize the person we used to be. It can lead to feelings of overwhelm. There's a saying that you're only as old as you feel. While somedays feel worse than others, there are some easy ways to help turn back the clock and make you feel like you're partying like it's 1999.
