My journey starts when I was younger. I dislocated both my shoulders playing hockey and because i didnt keep up with rehab and physiotherapy, they never properly healed.

When I was introduced to Essential Oils, I was happy to be using over-the-counter medicine to help my pain. What I came to realize later is that modern medicine doesn't mix well with out bodies. So I was just masking the symptoms without providing any actual benefit.

It the Essential Oil community we say that Essential Oils don't have side effects, they have side benefits. What I came to realize was that I was benefitting more then just my shoulder aches by using the Oils, and I can't imagine a scenario where I'm not using them.

Water can be helpful in so many ways. It plays an essential role in helping our bodies process nutrients, maintain normal circulation and keep the proper balance of fluids.

It's also one of those things that your realize quickly if you haven't had enough throughout the day. We should aim for at least 6-8 8oz glasses per day. If you excercise, you will probably need to consume more.

Sleep can be a mystical creature that's only available at certain times of life. There's not much worse than tossing and turning and then your alarm goes off before you're able to fall asleep.
