One of the problems with the weekend is, of we're not careful, it can whizz by without us even realizing.

One of the issues with that is we don't necessarily feel "rested" and it leaves us with more to do during the week.

With already more than enough on our plate throughout the week, we need to focus on the weekend to get stuff done so our loves are a bit easier.

With so much going on in the world at any moment, it can be hard to know where to focus your energy. I read a quote that said "you get what you focus on".

The media knows this so they play on our emotions to get us to feel bad all the time.

The problem with this is.....you get what you focus on...so we need to shift our focus.

The only constant in life is change, and wecan change our thoughts and therefore change our focus at any moment.

Whether we like it or not, life has changing season all the time. Winter turns to spring, turns to summer, turns to fall, bad times turn good, good times fall on troubled grounds. One of the few constants in life is change.

We are no different. As humans we go through different stages of life. And this last little bit has been change after change after change.

As overwhelming as it seems, it's actually a good thing. It's like exercise for our brains. It keeps up young.

That's why we shouldn't fear change but embrace it.
