Renaldo was a 13x world record holder in the hurdles and the first man to ever run sub 13 in the 110H with a PR of 12.93. After college, he postponed his track career to play WR for the 49ers, winning a Super Bowl in 1984. In 1986, Renaldo returned to track, fundamentally changing the sport with the "Nehemiah Rule."
