5. Guided: Move-Breathe-Notice to Soothe Anxiety

A practice to soothe feelings of anxiety and stress. We start with some conscious movement to release stagnant energy from the physical body. Then, we calm the central nervous system with a few minutes of soft-belly breathing and finish with an easy and fun consciousness practice to connect you with your surroundings and bring you deeper into the here and now. 

The soft-belly breathing technique is based on the work by psychiatrist James S Gordon, MD.
