#5: How to Heal Eczema Naturally Without Side Effects
Are you currently suffering from the never ending skin rash, known as eczema? Or know someone that is? Im so very excited to have a special guest on today, TJ Woodham, who had severe eczema from head to toe. I also, had a case of this as I was plurging my body of toxins, so this show is extra exciting to hear someone else taking an alternative approach when the western medicine has failed us.
Tj's philosophy for healing the body is simple. He teaches, in his free book and program "The Unleashed Human" how to break down all of the toxic sludge that has been building up over the years from awful GMO products and eating nasty processed foods filled with sugar. This is typically attained by doing an elimination diet/fasting period where the gut can rest and reset itself.
After a short while he implement steamed vegetables for a couple weeks and then slowly re-introduce other foods as they progress.
He also has mindset and relationship methods that help someone clear their head of excess stress. It is truly a full body approach to eczema relief by getting enough sunlight, sleep, chiropractic care, chewing slowly, optimizing digestion, and eliminating external and internal stress. Basically hitting it from all angles.
