5. How to Set a Goal in Parenting and in Life!

I want you to get really clear on what you want! Build that desire list! Write down anything and everything that you want... big or small, write it down!  

Get very specific on that list, figure out how much it costs, what does it look like, all the details? Write it down!

Don't get overwhelmed with this process, and don't make it feel like it has to be this big thing.

Where do you want to live?

What kind of car do you want to drive?

What does your business or career look like?

What kind of mama do you want to be?

Are you doing work that fulfills you?

How do your relationships look + feel?

How do you want your life to look and feel?

Are you in the habit of putting yourself first or last?

Do you think putting yourself first is selfish?  


Start journaling everyday!  I would love to help you with this if you are feeling like your not sure what you want or where to go next!
