In today's show I was inspired about a panel discussion I was apart of last week talking about the power of the feminine bond. One of the questions the panelists were asked was: What would you tell your 10 year old self now (that you needed to hear back then)?

Well, these ideas sparked an idea flow/tangent and out came this podcast baby for episode #5! I'm giving you practical info on how to apply this visualization of the Inner Child and how it can relate to letting go of those controlling or perfectionist mindsets. In other words this is yet another tool to help retrain your mind for a life filled with more joy and ease.

For the first time (I'm sure of many) I've included a meditation in this episode that actually walks you through meeting, talking, loving and healing that inner part of you. Go a head, pop those ear buds in and start talking to your (younger) self!
