Andrew Lawn is currently a leader within a Multi-National Mining Company. Andrew served for 8 years in the Royal Australian Armoured Corps as an M113A1 Crewman, deploying to Timor Leste as part of the International Force East Timor (INTERFET)

In 2006 Andrew transitioned from the Army and started a successful career in the Mining Industry, holding various leadership positions. In this episode of the Podcast, Andrew discusses how his experiences within Defence have applied to Mining and the lessons he has learnt along the way.
