Healthcare Recruitment teams have a rough relationship with advertising. You don't have an in-house expert on staff; everyone ends up fishing in the same pond, using the same suppliers.
But I think it's time we celebrate the results over high price points. Effective nurse recruitment ads have the potential to generate a consistent flow of qualified candidates.
And they don't need to all come from Indeed or LinkedIn. I've identified $1m of our spend on nurse recruitment advertising. In the podcast I'll share our learnings:
