I'm sure you've seen the trainers and fitness influencers on IG or social media doing the absolute most in their exercise videos.  They string a bunch of different exercises together or create a really complicated sequence that most would have a lot of difficulties completing...

  • What types of movements to include in a well-rounded strength-training program
  • How periodization works on a basic level 
  • How to structure your workouts to get the most out of your training
