A 5-minute mediation - The mind benefits from stillness so today we are going to relax and let our minds relax as well. With these busy life’s we live, we are constantly always moving. So, choosing to stop and let your mind be still could be so beneficial for you. This give you that time to stop thinking about the million things that need to be done that day and gives your mind a moment to slow down and gives it a break from all those thoughts. I chose to do a non-guided mediation today to see if you would like these types of mediations over guided but if you love the guided meditation in the future, I’ll continue do those one. If you don’t have a preference, then I’ll keep flipping how I do them. Hope this mediation is very helpful for you and can help still your mind for just 5 minutes.
