In Episode 5 of The Steak Lad Experience, I was joined by my Mum for a bit of a Mother’s Day podcast special. 

To say my Mum has been through it all raising four children is an understatement and it was an absolute pleasure sitting down with her to have this conversation which is unlike any we have ever had before. 

We spoke about my early childhood, our shared passion for health/wellbeing, some challenges our family has been through and my Grandma who died tragically when my Mum was just 28 years of age. 

Whilst I had to push my Mum along a bit to do this, I have no doubt it will serve as a great memory for me and my family for years to come.
