"Quiet Quitting," is a term coined and colloquially spoken by Millennials and Gen-Z's. A term referring to the amount of work you do on a given day, within your scheduled work hours. Basically, simply doing what your job description asks of you, and nothing more. Is there an inherent problem with 'quiet quitting' in Western work culture? Is there anything wrong with this approach to working nowadays?
