That’s why routines are absolutely essential in my life and in my family’s lives: routines make us more productive and efficient, they reduce stress, promote self-care, and so much more. Routines make us feel like we’re more in control of our lives. 


In this episode, I take you through my daily routine from the moment I open my eyes in the morning until I slip into sleep at night. I also share about my personal meditation practice and time management strategies.
