Today I am speaking about 5 strategies I have learned to stay consistent on my calculated diet that is specifically geared towards fat loss. After June I'll covert to a calculated diet for muscle gain, but fat loss has always been challenging for me so it has taken a lot of learning to have the habits necessary for success.
