August 28th, 1999 was just another hot and humid day in Dartmouth. Jason McCullough made the decision to head home around 1am and he took a familiar walk through Highfield Park. Unfortunately, Jason did not make it home that day. Nearly 22 years later, we join police and family and friends in trying to find out what happened in that park on that day.
