5 Things to Know Before You Start Your next Big Move

Listen Later

By now we have all probably seen the clip of Adele reuniting with her grade school teacher. I don’t know about you, but it gave me chills! As a teacher, I know how much of an impact we have on our students, and I myself have experienced wonderful teachers who have really believed in me. Because at the end of the day, when someone believes in you, it inspires you to continue believing in yourself.

In today’s final episode of season one, I want to continue talking about inspiration, especially as we enter the new year. The New Year is about growth, focus, and fulfillment, basically all the qualities I wanted to give you, my audience, during my podcast. I share my vision for this podcast, realizing energy leaks and how many people you share your dreams with, and five things I have learned since starting my podcast.

In this episode, we cover:

  • My vision for Momentum Restart Podcast [2:48]
  •  Remember to be intentional with who you share your dreams with and what energy they will provide [5:53]
  • When you want to grow, you are going to hit roadblocks and mindset traps but you have to keep moving forward. Failure is a huge part of your success story [7:12]
  • Asking for help rather than asking for directions. Ultimately you know where you need to go [11:00]
  • Big leaps feel scary (duh!) but you just need to find things that will force you to follow through [14:44]
  • Living in your zone of joy is possible [16:07]
  • A new free challenge for 2022 [21:56]
