This week, I'm challenging you to complete at least one thing everyday on this list. Then, come back and tell me how you feel after committing to seven days of loving yourself.
1) Write down three wins every day- no matter how big or how "small" they may seem
2) Set a boundary and KEEP IT- "No" is a complete sentence, so is "Thank you for thinking of me, but I am not able this week."
3) Take yourself on a date- to a coffee shop, a nicer restaurant (NO FAST FOOD), a store you would NEVER (but have always wanted to) go to
4) Get moving- take a walk, check out CLASS PASS, go dancing, find a new gym, even pole dancing! Just move your body
5) Invest in yourself- buy a new book (I love "You Are a Badass" by Jen Sincero, and am currently reading "Lucky Girl" by Georgie May) or a new journal (you an find mine HERE)
6) Don't quit- PLEASE, on everything holy and you hold dear. Just try one new thing, one new book. If you didn't like it, you don't have to try again, but at least give it a shot and follow through.
