Welcome to the first week of Evolve Love!

I consider this first week of content our "Core Essentials" episodes because I am sharing the foundation for which Evolve Love will run on. 

I will follow this format to help us best align in our energy for the day ahead and in turn set us up for great energy in the full week to come. 

Thursdays are connected to Jupiter and are a beautiful day for expansion, dreaming, growing, and gratitude.
