It's that time of year where we start to feel a little bit overwhelmed (even with the holidays giving us a break) so I hope these 5 Mindsets help you PREVENT that overwhelming feeling!
Here's a quick outline of the 5 tips:
1. Stay present and live in the moment, stop living in the future
2. You're not perfect, so don't judge yourself
3. Eliminate distractions
4. Make a priority list
5. Take a break and recharge
Also, I mentioned I had a perfect GPA, which is false, just to clarify the details of that statement, I got straight A's that semester (and the following semester too) but I believe I earned a 3.9 GPA during that time. I'm a math teacher so I like rounding up :) lol
One more thing! I also had to make a few edits, I know, I know, I said I wouldn't! But I got two phone calls in the middle of my podcast which stopped the recording and since I was already in the process of editing this episode, I just did the whole thing. Not that you care, but I had to get it off my chest! And I'm just letting you know so I hold myself accountable.
