2. Make sure your Back Office team is in the room when you evaluate new tech ​

3.  Know the Business Impact of a Back Office digital transformation a.  pay data validation will be moved up to the front office

​4. Avoid Jan 1st go-lives (don't go live on day 1 of your new financial year) 
5. Understand the integrations between systems because there is no transformation without integration
