I mentioned recently that my anxiety has increased. I really think it’s due to my Hashimoto’s being flared up. In this episode, I want to tell you what anxiety is, why we get it, how it manifests, and how to manage it.

We will all experience anxiety at some point in time. Anxiety can be helpful when we need it, but when it is prolonged and excessive, it can be debilitating for some people.

I give a few simple tools to help you with your own anxiety.
