Kerry Baskins is a “Salesman at Heart” but he made the transition from leading commercial teams to leading companies in 2013 when he took over leadership for several mature businesses at Accudyne Industries, a joint PE venture between BC Partners and Carlisle Group.  It was there that Kerry was first given the opportunity to deploy his “Transformational Toolbox,” a compilation of the best business practices he experienced over the course of his career.  The resulting improvements in employee engagement, profitability, and operational metrics were not only dramatic, but validated that the approach was spot on for struggling or stagnant industrial businesses.

Michelle Segrest has created and branded editorial content for the processing industries since 2008. She has toured manufacturing facilities in more than 75 cities, in 12 countries, and on three continents.
