In this podcast, Dr. Connelly and Dr. Johstono will discuss the transition from phase one to phase two and assessing self and organizations.  They will discuss the purpose of needing to understand one's self to be able to lead one's self and organization.  They also look at understanding one's reality in order to be able to react to situations in order to assess and lead. They will examine this by looking at Aristotle and Machiavelli as opposing forces when looking at prudence and leading.
