In this podcast hosts, Dr. Connelly and Dr. Johstono discuss the course to this point along with the transition to Phase III.  They explore the concepts of knowing yourself and organization in order to lead through uncertainty.  They will use historic figures to showcase how leading in uncertainty requires both flexibility and strength in order to use cardinal virtues and character strengths to lead an organization without having a clear idea or picture of the outcome.
