Currently working working with Conor McGregor, Dana White and the whole MMA world, Caroline has reached top levels in such a varied combination of careers. 

She represented Great Britain in both heptathlon and bobsleighing, as well as appearing on prime time Saturday Night TV as Ice in Gladiators.  

She’s had a fascinating journey since our days together at Loughborough University, and seeing her make waves in these different disciplines has been really exciting to watch.

Chatting to me from her house in LA, she opens up about her sporting beginnings, injuries, setbacks and her ability to pivot and achieve.
