Hello friends! This week we are lucky to have our very first Writer share their story on this Pod! Our Writer shares that she engaged in a friendship with someone for 2 years, only to be quickly dropped when said friend got back together with their partner! Ouch. She questions "was I just a distraction for my friend while she was single?"

I share my thoughts on this story, ideas related to friendships in general, communication patterns, and the long term cost of not being honest with ourselves and each other. We wrap up by sharing an action plan with our Writer, and wishing them well!
