In the video, I'll tell you how you can use cycling to become a better runner.

There are people who think cycling is detrimental to your running, that couldn't be further from the truth, but it is important to make some minor changes in order to get the maximum fitness boost from your cycling.

I will talk you through how I use cycling to improve my strength and endurance, and how to cycle in the best possible way to have the most effective boost to your running performance. 

Whether a commute to and from work, or a steady 10-15 hours per week, I'll help you to understand how you can make the most out of riding your bike to make a better athlete. 

If you implement these small changes you'll notice;

1. Your stamina will improve
2. More robust runner, less injuries
3. Better running economy (more efficient)
4. Increased speed
5. Increased strength in the running muscles
6. Increase fun and variety in your overall training. - MOST IMPORTANT! :)
