While the country is in the process of carefully re-opening after COVID-19 lockdown, it would be foolish to believe that everything is just going to go "back to the way it was".
Undoubtedly, the world is a different place than it was when we closed our doors in March time. The changes are here and they're going to be with us for a long time.
