5 Ways To Balance Your Mind, Body & Soul

Today we’re talking about mind-body connection and the physical signs our bodies use to get our attention. We talk about some of the common signals, about escalation, and about our personal experiences trying to ignore and power through, and what happens when we’ve disregarded for too long. Mind-Body Connection: the belief that the causes, development and outcomes of physical illness are determined from the interaction of psychological, social and biological factors.

Examples of signals from your mind to your body:

  • Skin issues: hives, rashes, breakouts, eczema 
  • Aches and pains
  • Chest pain or feeling like your heart is racing
  • Exhaustion or trouble sleeping
  • Headaches, dizziness or shaking
  • High blood pressure
  • Muscle tension or jaw clenching
  • Stomach or digestive problems
